At ADICORN, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines your rights and obligations with respect to cancellations, returns (if applicable), and refunds.

✅ Refund Eligibility:

• Refunds are applicable only in the case of:

  • Technical failures during transaction processing

  • Duplicate charges

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original transaction.

• All approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction.

• We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the date we receive confirmation or the returned goods (if applicable).

✅ Cancellation Policy:

• You may cancel your service order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the service has not yet been activated.

✅ Returns & Goods Policy (if applicable):

If physical goods are involved (in the case of any bundled or promotional items), the following applies:

• You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without providing a reason.

• The cancellation period is counted from the date you received the goods or when a third-party (other than the courier) took possession.

• Returned goods must be:

  • Purchased within the last 30 days

  • In original packaging and unused

❌ Non-Returnable Goods:

• Personalized or custom-made goods

• Goods with expiration or that deteriorate quickly

• Items unsealed after delivery for health or hygiene reasons

• Goods mixed inseparably with other items after delivery

⚠️ Returning Goods:

• You are responsible for the return shipping cost and risk.

• We recommend using an insured and trackable courier service.

• We cannot issue a refund without receipt of the returned goods or proof of return delivery.
